Every year on March 8th, the world comes together to celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD)—a global movement recognising the achievements of women while advocating for gender equality.
In 2025, the theme #AccelerateAction urges individuals and organisations to take bold steps in breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women in all spheres of life. At Talent Point, we believe in more than just observing this day— we help businesses build diverse, high-performing teams, starting with fostering an inclusive culture within our own company.
This year, we are proud to spotlight the incredible women at Talent Point who inspire us every day. With eight remarkable female employees shaping our company’s future, we are dedicating this space to share their journeys, challenges, and triumphs. Their experiences reflect not only the progress we have made but also the work still ahead to accelerate gender equity in the workplace.
Join us in celebrating these inspiring women as they share their stories of growth, leadership, and impact.
We believe that true change begins within—by fostering an environment where women feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
As part of our International Women's Day celebration, we are proud to launch the “Women Who Inspire at Talent Point,” highlighting the experiences of the incredible women shaping our company’s future. These stories go beyond job titles; they reflect resilience, ambition, and the power of diversity in the workplace.
Throughout this blog post, we will introduce you to eight inspiring women who contribute to Talent Point’s success in unique and impactful ways. Their journeys serve as a testament to the power of inclusivity and the importance of accelerating action toward gender equality.
“Stepping into my role as a Talent Partner at Talent Point this past month has been incredible! From even before day one, I’ve felt genuinely respected and valued, not just as a professional but as a woman in the workplace. The energy from the team is palpable, what an amazing set of individuals from all walks of life, each bringing something unique to the table.
I’ve already fallen in love with the culture, the people, and the purpose we share, and I can’t wait to grow alongside this phenomenal team for many years to come!”
“I'm Alex, a Senior Talent Partner at Talent Point, where I have been working for the past three years. From day one, I have felt truly valued and supported as a woman in the business. Talent Point fosters a culture of inclusivity and equality, where every voice is heard and respected—regardless of seniority or background. I have always been encouraged to share my ideas and contribute to meaningful discussions, knowing that my input is genuinely considered and appreciated.”
“I joined Talent Point at the start of this year and I am one of the 3 Talent Partners (2 girls, one boy - so we are a diverse team) dedicated to an engineering project and it's been great so far, we are close to getting the first people hired in Romania, Bucharest. We all respect each other, our work and we support in different topics, caring for the other's needs.
In Talent Point there is a strong commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, doesn't matter your gender/orientation and so on, what matters is your personality and your achievements. I feel safe in this environment, and I know that if I ever need to talk to my manager or anybody else in the company, they will listen and... care.”
“I joined Talent Point in October 2022 as a Talent Scout, starting my career in the talent space fresh out of Uni with hands-on training and mentorship. Over time, I’ve developed my skills and grown into my current role as a Talent Partner, where I now manage my stakeholders and work directly with businesses to help them scale their teams.
One of the things I appreciate most about working at Talent Point is the culture of support and respect. From day one, I’ve felt valued not just for my contributions, but also for my perspective and ideas. It’s empowering to be in an environment where women shape the future of the business, and it’s inspiring to work alongside talented women who are driving change in the talent industry. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of being led by two incredible female leaders who have not only guided me in my career growth but also consistently advocated for me - whether that meant encouraging me to put myself forward for new initiatives or backing me up in challenging stakeholder conversations. Having strong female role models in leadership has been invaluable, showing me first-hand how to lead with confidence, empathy, and resilience. I’m proud to be part of a company that champions diversity in both its own team and the hiring strategies we implement for our clients.”
“I've been with Talent Point for four years now as a Customer Solutions Director. One of the main reasons I have been here for four years is the opportunities that I have been given and the growth and support I have had to progress through the business. I feel that we are empowered to make decisions and have loved being part of the Talent Point journey.
At TP I have been given the ability to create something from the ground up, which not only inspires me but also fuels my passion to inspire others—particularly other women!”
“My name is Zuzanna, and I’ve just celebrated my two-year anniversary at Talent Point. I work as a Talent Associate, and from the moment I joined, I was drawn to the company’s inclusivity and strong support for employees. One of the things I’ve appreciated most is working in a well gender-balanced team at all levels of the organisation—something that’s incredibly rare in recruitment, as anyone in the industry will know!
As a woman in the workplace, I’ve always felt supported at Talent Point. The company fosters an environment where everyone has a voice, and I’ve experienced that firsthand as an active participant in our Culture ERG (Employee Resource Group). Being part of a company that truly listens and values diverse perspectives has made a huge difference in my experience, and I feel proud to contribute to a culture where equality isn’t just talked about—it’s practiced every day.”
“I've been with Talent Point for nearly four years, now serving as Customer Solutions Director and proud to represent female leadership on our management team. During my tenure, I've experienced significant professional growth, advancing through three promotions that reflect both my contributions and the company's commitment to recognising talent regardless of gender.
What I value most is having a meaningful voice at the leadership table that can drive positive change across the organisation. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) further empower diverse perspectives, ensuring everyone has a platform to shape our inclusive culture. As a woman in leadership, I've found Talent Point consistently champions equality and creates pathways for advancement based on merit and capability rather than conforming to outdated stereotypes.”
“I have been at Talent Point for 2 and a half years, and am currently working as a Talent Partner working with the team at Shawbrook bank. Alongside my day to day role I also lead our Diversity and Inclusion Employee Resource Group, which has been a great way to drive progress in terms of gender inclusivity. Through the ERG, we have been able create a safe space for women in the business to raise concerns and suggestions and have influenced and improved our policies, making them more inclusive for women across the business. I’m also passionate about championing women in tech through my hiring, always trying to ensure more women have access to opportunities in a traditionally male dominated space.
At TP, I feel valued and supported, through inclusive policies and a culture that encourages open conversations, education and celebration of diversity and inclusion.”
